There is around 700mg of the ingredients considered high in oxalates, however these wholefood ingredients have been processed and dehydrated which makes it very unlikely to contain high levels of oxalates given that these usually are removed during processing. Oxalates is a compound naturally found in many foods and for that reason they are practically unavoidable.
