Globifer® chewable is an iron chewable tablet that has been developed for use in children or those having difficulties swallowing tablets. GlobiFer® chewable iron supplement is suitable for both the mother and children above 3 years.
GlobiFer® chewable tablets are a new, unique low-dose formulation specifically developed for children, with 9 mg of elemental iron. Globifer iron chewable tablets have a great chocolate flavour, to make their recommended daily dose of iron more agreeable to children.
Directions: As a food supplement, children over the age of 3 years chew one tablet daily.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Also, iron may cause darkened or green stools. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Do not exceed the daily dose. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor.
The active substances per tablet are as follows: Iron 9mg, Hemoglobin 259.5mg, Energy in kJ 18.4mg, Fats 0.04g, Carbohydrates 0.9g, Sodium 0.024mg and Proteins 0.28g.
The Inactive Ingredients are: Isomalt, Corn Maltodextrin, Fructose, Calcium Carbonate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dark Chocolate Powder (Cocoa Powder, Anti-Caking Agent:Potassium Carbonate (E501), Soy Lecithin) Magnesium Salts Of Fatty Acids, Xylitol, Arabic Gum, Natural Color (Coloring Food -Concentrate Of Carrot, Safflower And Spirulina), Steviol Glycosides, Carnauba Wax.
