Directions: As a food supplement, take 1 capsule of Femarelle Unstoppable twice daily (morning and evening) with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Each box contains 4 sheets of 14 capsules, totaling 56 capsules per pack. How often should Femarelle® be taken?
Femarelle® should be taken twice daily, one capsule in the morning and one in the evening; it can be taken with or without food.
Can the dosage be increased?
We have seen that, in some women, an increase of the dosage to three capsules per day, taking two when the relief is most needed, has been shown to be beneficial. Therefore, if the symptoms are stronger during the day, two capsules should be taken in the morning and one in the evening for a week. If the symptoms are more difficult at night, the morning dose should remain at one capsule with the increased dosage taken in the evening. There is no risk in taking a larger dose, and the dosage can be reduced back to two capsules a day once improvement in the symptoms is felt. Please note that it is crucial that Femarelle® be taken twice a day regardless of the dosage.
Is Femarelle® an estrogen or hormone?
Femarelle® is not an estrogen or hormone. It is a natural food supplement made from a proprietary soy extract, flax and vitamins/minerals, depending on the particular product.
Does Femarelle® contain gluten?

Is it possible to open the femarelle® capsule and take only the content with water?
The capsule protects the active ingredient from the high acidity of the stomach, which may destroy it, so we recommend not opening the capsules. However, if taking the powder alone relieves your symptoms, you may continue taking Femarelle® this way. Instead of putting it in water, though, we recommend that is be taken on a spoon with some yogurt that will ease the swallowing of the powder.
Is the dosage effective regardless of weight?
Two capsules per day have been found to be effective for most women; however, if you need to increase the dosage, you may do so according to the time of the day that you suffer most, without risk.
What should be done if a dose is missed?
If a dose is missed, the capsule should be taken as soon as possible, and the regular schedule should then be resumed. There is no need to take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
