Lamberts Co-Enzyme Q10 200mg provides a very high strength CoQ10 supplement for its numerous health benefits. Coenzyme q10 benefits include helping to improve heart health and blood sugar regulation, assisting in the prevention and treatment of cancer and reducing the frequency of migraines. It is a valuable antioxidant and could also reduce the oxidative damage that leads to muscle fatigue, skin damage, gum disease and brain and lung diseases.

Co-Enzyme Q10, also known as Ubiquinone, is an essential component of the mitochondria within our cells and helps in the manufacture of energy. CoQ10 is often called an ˜energy sparkplugbecause is closely involved in the metabolic processes that convert glucose in to the energy that drives every process in the body. This is why it is so abundant in muscle tissue with heart muscle having the highest concentration of CoQ10.

CoQ10 is often recommended for the elderly, as the body™s ability to make its own CoQ10 declines with age, It has also been shown that cholesterol lowering drugs, called statins, reduce Co-Q10 levels in the body, so people taking statins are increasingly recommended to take a Co-Q10 supplement.

Dosage: One Lamberts Co-Enzyme Q10 capsule daily with food.
