Made from a subspecies of Green Tea, this Triple Leaf Cholesterid Tea has been used in China to help digest fat and is a natural remedy to help lower cholesterol when used as part of a healthy diet.
Triple Leaf Tea Cholesterid Tea is made from 100% Yunnan Tuocha Tea, an ancient subspecies of Green Tea. Yunnan Tuocha tea has been researched for helping to maintain cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range.
We recommend drinking one to three cups of tea a day.
- For hot tea: pour one cup of boiling water over a tea bag and let it steep for three to five minutes before removing.
- For iced tea: pour one cup of boiling water over two tea bags, let them steep for three to five minutes, remove and add ice.
For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.
