Solgar Vitamins Chelated Manganese:Minute quantities of manganese are needed for protein and fat metabolism, healthy nerves, a healthy immune system and blood sugar regulation. Manganese is used in energy production and is required for normal bone growth and for reproduction. Additionally, it is used in the formation of cartilage and synovial fluid of the joints. Manganese works well with B-complex vitamins to give an overall feeling of wellbeing.

Signs of manganese deficiency: Extremely rare, but may lead to hypertension, memory loss, profuse perspiration.

Directions:As a food supplement for adults, take one Chelated Manganese tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
