Swanson Chasteberry Fruit helps to reduce hot flushes, achieve hormonal balance and is also commonly used to aid fertility.
Chasteberry extracts allow the body to manufacture its own progesterone and hence may be of benefit in numerous hormone-related concerns, including menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, fibroids, fertility and irregular and heavy periods. Chasteberry fruit is commonly referred to as a "hormonal balancer" because most hormonal concerns tend to have excess oestrogen.
