Zita West Vitafem is a premium multivitamin and multi-mineral supplement specially developed to help improve and maximise fertility, redress nutritional imbalances and provide vitamins for conception.
Many factors influence the chances of conception, including age, general health and stress levels, as well as sperm and egg quality. The more you are in balance in mind, body and spirit, the greater the chance of conception and the healthier your baby is likely to be. In an ideal world, this balance happens naturally. However, inadequate diet, intensive food production and processing, and the demands of work, travel and family may mean that our nutritional needs are not met adequately all of the time.
Vitafem contains folic acid, Co-Q10, B vitamins to achieve hormonal balance and a range of antioxidants from several fruit extracts. It is recommended that you use Vitafem for at least three to four months to maximise its effectiveness.
Directions: As a food supplement, adults take two capsules of Zita West Vitafem daily with a cold drink, or as directed by a healthcare practioner. Capsules can be taken together, or dose can be split throughout the day.
Vitafem is safe to take alongside all Zita West preconception supplements, excluding Pregnancy Plan. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements are not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the daily dose. Contains Coconut.
