Lamberts® StrongStart MVM® is a one-a-day multi-nutrient formula especially developed for women who are either hoping to conceive, pregnant or breast-feeding. It contains the recommended level of 400mcg of folic acid since this vitamin is important to the health and development of the baby. It also contains 150mg of magnesium and 75mg of calcium - minerals essential for strong bones and teeth.

Dosage:One tablet daily.


This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.
