Return Period
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods if you change your mind.If you exercise this right, please let us know by emailing customercare@victoriahealth.com within 14 days of delivery.
You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us for a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. This legal right applies in addition to, and does not affect, our extended 30-day returns policy set out below. Please note under Regulation 28(3)(a) the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Use a tracked and insured postal or courier service.

We can’t accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
International Returns

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date to the address shown below.

Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition of Items

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If items aren’t resaleable, we may refuse the return or deduct up to 20% from your refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of:

Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (such as supplements, skincare, or cosmetics)

Clothing (including shapewear and socks)

Items returned after 30 days or not in their original condition (unless our error)
If your item is unopened and sealed, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 still applies.
