Lamberts Multi-Guard 90 tablets is one of the best multi-vitamin supplements with a broad spectrum of trace minerals present at relevant levels, including vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin B12, Zinc, Magnesium, Iron and Calcium and many more. It may be beneficial for most adults, of all ages, and especially: those who are pressurised by home and work commitments, where diet is compromised, where appetite is suppressed, during convalescence, during pregnancy.
