Where is my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and when it has been shipped you will receive another email with the tracking information. You can find out if your order has been shipped or not in your account settings in the Orders section. If you have chosen a service that allows tracking you can also find the tracking number here as well. If you wish to query this further you can contact us using the contact form.
What are the delivery options and prices, and where do you deliver to?
You can find the delivery options on our shipping & returns page. Prices vary depending on the service you choose and the weight of your order. You will also find a full list of the countries we deliver to.
How do I return an item, or what if my order is faulty, damaged or missing?
Returning an item is easy, whether you’ve changed your mind or there is a fault with the product or order we accept almost everything as long as it is returned to us within 30 days. Read the full returns policy on our shipping & returns page. You can also contact our customer care team to discuss a faulty or damaged order using the contact form.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Where can I sign up to receive newsletters?
On every page is a newsletter signup form that will allow you to join our email promotions list, unsubscribe anytime by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send out or from your account page.
What is the 60 Second promotion?
We regularly send out an email with some interesting articles, products and a few coupon codes, these codes when used at certain times will allow you to receive a free gift in your order. Pending availability, times, entering the correct code and completing the order. No minimum cart order required.
When will the item be back in stock?
Most products are restocked on a weekly or fortnightly basis, in some cases a special order will have to be made for some products. All products that are purchasable and not on pre-order on the store, are items we have stock of.
