Eldermune™ Immune Support is a combination of elderberry for immune support and Sunfiber®, a prebiotic, soluble, dietary fiber that improves digestibility and enhances the absorption of nutrients.
Eldermune™ is an innovative new NutriScience product containing elderberry juice concentrate combined with Sunfiber® (partially hydrolyzed guar fiber). Black Elderberry has antibacterial and antiviral properties and it was found to be active against human pathogenic bacteria.

- The Sunfiber®, helps replace the natural elderberry fiber lost during the juicing process. Other elderberry juice concentrates are devoid of fiber.

- The elderberry concentrate has a high concentration ratio of 65:1 (65 grams of pure elderberry fruit makes 1 gram of elderberry concentrate).
- Eldermune™ is made using an exclusive drying process utilizing a patented, infrared, low temperature drying technology that helps to preserve key antioxidants –polyphenols, anthocyanins and Vitamin C.
- In tests of Eldermune™ anthocyanin and polyphenol content versus other capsule products, Eldermune™ contains more C3OG and GA. This is due to the low temperature drying process which retains much more of these sensitive active components.
- Eldermune®’s low water activity makes it suitable for combining with some probiotics.
- Eldermune™ readily dissolves in water to form a palatable, slightly sweet, purple solution.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take 1 dropper(1-ml) once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed with a small amount of water or juice if desired.
