Directions: As a food supplement, adults and children 15 years and over take 2-3 tablets a day (children 11-14 take two tablets a day, children 5-10 take one a day) with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
Does not contain: Salt, soya, wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. Vegetarian and vegan.
This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Total content of iron per bottle is 900mg. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal. Contains Vitamin K. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take more than 2 tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor.
