This vitamin is actually made up of three different substances, pyridoxine, pyridoxinal and pyridoxamine which function together in the body. It is needed to product hydrochloric acid, which breaks down food in the stomach and to make DNA. The body must have vitamin B6 to produce both anti-bodies and red blood cells. It breaks down foods to produce energy and helps keep the digestive and nervous systems healthy. It is also a natural diuretic and so can help prevent bloating caused by water retention.Signs of vitamin B6 deficiency: Premenstrual Stress (PMS), anaemia, dermatitis, irritability, depression, and carpel tunnel syndrome.

Dosage
One daily.
