Vitamin B6

This vitamin is actually made up of three different substances, pyridoxine, pyridoxinal and pyridoxamine which function together in the body. The body must have vitamin B6 to produce both anti-bodies and red blood cells. It breaks down foods to produce energy and helps keep the digestive and nervous systems healthy.
