Lamberts Manganese is a superb addition to your daily supplements. Manganese is an essential vitamin for bone health, may help to reduce the risk of disease because of it's strong antioxidant properties, may contribute to good thyroid health, can help to improve brain function and can help to reduce PMS symptoms.

This product can contribute towards the raw materials the body uses to make enzymes involved in the synthesis of cartilage components such as in our spinal discs, as well as many other enzymes in the body including one of the superoxide dismutases (SOD). SOD helps prevent formation of a cascade of free radicals which can cause tissue damage in the entire body.

Dosage

Tableted with: Calcium Carbornate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
