Approximately 6 litres of blood is incessantly pumped through an adult's veins. The red blood cells perform a vital function. They transport oxygen to even the most remote locations in the body. Iron loss occurs every day through the intestines, the kidneys, the skin and in women during menstruation, and the requirement for iron is increased during pregnancy and lactation.

Iron Vital F is alcohol free, yeast and gluten free, contains no preservatives and does not cause gastric disturbances

Directions: Adults: 10 ml once or twice daily. Children 4-12 years - 5 ml once or twice daily. Take roughly 1 hour before meals to prvent the absorption of the iron from being affected by the other foods.



Beetroot juice concentrate, Cherry juice concentrate, Grape juice concentrate, Apple juice concentrate, water, fructose, extract from: rosehip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail, L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), ferrous gluconate (Iron), thickening agent - guar seed flour, carob seed flour and pectin natural flavour, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine Hydrochloride(Vitamin B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium(Vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) and cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
