Viridian's High Five B Complex is their best selling B-complex with vitamin B5 and magnesium.

Each of the Viridian B-complex supplements offers a full array of the B vitamins together with a higher level of a featured B vitamin. This supplement features a higher level of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).

Pantothenic acid and other B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue by supporting normal energy yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12, B6 and Folic acid also contribute to normal homocysteine function, normal psychological function and also supports the normal function of the immune system.

Dosage: Take one to three capsules daily with water.
