Fish Oils

Omega 3 supplements such as omega 3 fish oil capsules are an excellent source of omega 3 essential fatty acids which are known for their anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. Salmon, rainbow trout and sardines all have a higher content of omega 3 than cod liver oil.
Krill oil is another source of omega 3 essential fats which provides these compounds in a phospholipid form which is identical to cell membranes allowing the actives to enter the cells. KrilLoil capsules and liquids are therefore considered more efficient than fish oils.
